When engaging in information operations, a deficiency led to some of the Bank’s recorded information lost. The Bank was in violation of Paragraph 1 of Article 45-1 of the Banking Act due to failing to implement its internal control system properly. The FSC thus imposed a fine of NT$2million under Subparagraph 7 of Article 129 of the Act at the time of the conduct occurred.
