After financial crisis, most countries have changed the development of the financial market and financial reform to strengthen the supervision of the large financial institutions. Therefore, financial consolidation will be on the basis of respecting the market mechanism. The FSC will emphasize review of the M&A regulations, and the supervision on the legal compliance, fairness, and transparency of the process of financial consolidation, as well as the protection of interests of shareholders, employees and customers.
