1.A subsidiary, all outstanding shares or capital stock of which held by a financial holding company, referred to in the Paragraph 2, Article 30 of the Financial Holding Company Act (the Act) shall include a subsidiary as defined in Subparagraph 4, Paragraph 1, Article 4 of the Act and all outstanding shares or capital stock of such subsidiary are held by a wholly-owned subsidiary of a financial holding company.

2.The Order takes effect on the issuance date.
